Harrods Depository

Harrods Depository was built in 1894 as a warehouse for the famous department store. It was used to house furniture too large to display in the store. It's wonderful to think of the treasures it once stored, from Grand Pianos to Art Deco furniture that would be worth a fortune today. The Grade II listed building was converted into luxury appartments in the 1990s.

The building is perhaps best known these days as a key landmark along the University Boat Race course.
