The restaurant is now run as a joint venture between long term owner Rebecca Mascarenhas and two star Michelin chef Phil Howard. The aim of the kitchen team, influenced by Phil's phenomenal cooking skills, is to produce immaculate, but simple, ingredient-led food.
Rebecca and Phil are the team behind Kitchen W8, which was lauded as the best new restaurant launch in 2010. So, the new Sonny's Kitchen has an impressive pedigree and is likely to produce some amazing food.
