The Putney Town Rowing Club has about 250 members of all ages including competitive men's and women's squads. They actively welcome new members from novice to senior level and also run rowing courses for those new to rowing. Whilst they take their rowing seriously, there are also regular social events at the club.

The club (which has free parking and an excellent licensed bar with a balcony that overlooking the river by Chiswick Bridge) is also available for hire for events. See the club's web site for details.
