The Barnes Bridge Ladies Rowing Club (BBLRC) is a small, but in recent years very successful, club. They are one of only two single-sex clubs in the UK which means that the club has a fleet of boats and oars that are all designed or set up specifically for female rowers. 

They welcome rowers and coxes of all ages and abilities. Members range from ex-GB Gold Medal winners who still row on a regular basis to complete novices who are just starting to learn the ropes. The age range is from early twenties through to fifties and sometimes sixties. They have regular beginner sessions where you'll be learning with like-minded people with no previous experience.
