The Red Lion, Barnes, is a large Victorian pub with a heated decking area and lawned beer garden. In the summer it hosts outside barbecues and spit roasts and in the winter it offers roaring log fires. The welcome from Angus, Claire and the staff is always warm, and the food is excellent - you can choose from a selection of British classics and the chef's specials are to be recommended. Sunday lunch is very popular.
