The Garage Studio is a friendly and supportive space for the teaching of Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonic. These are all forms of mindful bodywork that can dramatically improve posture, strength and flexibility in people of all sizes, shapes, ages and abilities. They also relieve physical and mental stress and can aid in recovery from injuries.

We offer small friendly classes or – if you would like a little extra personal attention – one-to-one sessions.
