Azar’s bright French country décor flower shop is full of unusual accessories made out of natural materials and where appropriate, with a hand painted look. But above all her unique artistic arrangements have to be seen to be believed.
The creative flair is cultural. Azar and her husband Saeed are from Iran: proud of their Persian literary heritage, dating back over 10 centuries. Saeed, inspired by Roba'iat-e-Omar-Khayam, wrote the following poem to express their feelings.
A Short Wonderful Life
From soil we nourish.
For just a little while we flourish
Like flowers we bloom
Not a single moment too soon
To ponder yet to cherish
